She specialises in fashion law, in which she comprehensively advises entrepreneurs operating in the clothing industry, including manufacturers, intermediaries, wholesalers and retailers, start-ups and creative entities: designers, stylists, fashion, fashion show organisers, advertising and modelling agencies, photographers and graphic designers.
She represents clients in disputes before common and arbitration courts.
She has gained over 10 years of professional experience in leading Polish and foreign law firms (including Weil and Gotshal & Manges).
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław.
Magdalena Korol is an advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association, as well as a judge at the Disciplinary Court at the Council of the Bar.
She is also the President of the Fashion Law Institute, a foundation providing comprehensive support to the creative sector, and a mentor supporting young entrepreneurs, including start-ups.
